DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

We only ship the audio guest book to Australia. However, we are looking into shipping to New Zealand soon

CAN I TAKE THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK TO AN OVERSEAS EVENT?

Yes, please contact us before booking, as additional restrictions may apply.

IS IT BATTERY-POWERED?

Yes, it should work for around 10 hours worth of recording on its internal battery.

It also comes with a standard plug, so you can charge it if you need to.

HOW LONG CAN THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK RECORD AUDIO FOR?

Up to 64 hours of audio. There’s no limit on the number of messages.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY AUDIO GUEST BOOK?

Depending on the package we ship out your guest book in your chosen colour at least three/five/seven days before your event. It will arrive by AusPost Express

HOW DO I RETURN THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK?

We provide a prepaid label. You just need to drop it off at your local AusPost within two days of the event. (Instructions included in the box)

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE VOICEMAILS?

We will send you a link to download your guests messages within 1 working day of receiving the audio guest book back.

If you want an MP4 for sharing with family and friends, or if you want the cork USB and glass bottle, we can provide this for an extra cost

I CANNOT RETURN THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK WITHIN TWO DAYS OF THE EVENT?

Just contact us before it is due for return, and we will do our best to help.

MY EVENT IS ON A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY WHEN WOULD I NEED TO RETURN IT?

We would normally ask you to return the audio guest book on either the Monday or Tuesday. If there is a public holiday, we extend this to include Wednesday.

DO YOU CHARGE A LATE FEE?

No, but you must contact us before it is due.

If you do not contact us, after five days we reserve the right to charge a $49 late fee. Plus an additional $99 for each week, until you return the audio guest book to your local AusPost.

WHERE IS BEST TO PUT THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK?

We recommend placing the audio guest book in a location where you can use a phone. Remember, guests get louder as the night goes on, so an entryway or quiet spot always works best.

DO YOU OFFER OTHER COLOURS OR STYLES OF PHONE?

We are always looking to expand our product lines. Have something different in mind as an audio guest book. Contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order 31 days before your event. Just contact us. We process refunds in one working day, but it may take longer to appear in your account.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change your order before it ships. Just contact us and we’ll do what we can to assist.

CAN I EXTEND THE RENTAL PERIOD?

Yes, if you need a longer rental period, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do what we can to assist.

IS IT AN AUDIO GUEST BOOK OR VOICEMAIL GUEST BOOK?

An audio guest book is the same as voicemail guest book, and an easy way for your guests to leave a message at your event.

IS IT AFTER THE TONE, OR AT THE BEEP?

The phrases “after the tone” and “at the beep” are common in english-speaking countries worldwide and used to indicate when a caller should start leaving a message.

WHAT IF THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK GETS DAMAGED OR STOLEN?

We understand that sometimes bad things happen.

We do reserve the right to charge up to $499 to cover loss or damage. Beyond what would be considered normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear covers, minor marks and scratches, or similar minor damage.
